What is included in the price? Is there any other important information?

Prices are quoted per person, per day, and include half-board (vast breakfast buffet in the morning and 5-course evening meal), entrance to the spa and a BozenCard.
For overnight stays without dinner, we deduct €10.00 per person from our half-board rates.
Our daily rates are discounted for 4-night and 7-night stays.

Are there any advantages for us if we stay longer?

We offer special rates for longer stays, and discount the daily rates on stays of 4 nights and 7 nights.

What makes the Hirschen rooms so comfortable?

The fact that our guests get such a good night’s sleep here is probably due to the beautiful surroundings and the clean, fresh air up here at about 1,100 metres above sea level, but the wood may have something to do with it too: many of our rooms both old and new are furnished in pine or larch, and give our guests that fabulous home-from-home feeling; the Queens of the Alps, to give pine & larch their bynames, not only infuse the surroundings with the scent of mountain countryside and cosy warmth, but have also been scientifically proven to promote a good sleep.

What about checking in and checking out?

Your room will be ready from 1pm on your day of arrival. Please check out by 10am on your day of departure.

Can dogs stay at the Hirschen?

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend along with you. Dogs are allowed in all areas of the hotel except the lawn, the conservatory or the spa. If you would like your faithful friend to join you for dinner, we will be happy to reserve a table for you in our beautiful central dining room. Our rates for dogs are €18 per day (food not included). After you’ve been for a walk, you are welcome to dispose of your waste bags in our “doggy station,” on the left-hand side as you leave the garage.
