How to reach us:

By train

All international trains stop in Bolzano. A bus, line 156, runs directly from the railway station to Jenesien. If you are travelling via the Brenner Pass with the German Federal Railways or the Austrian Federal Railways, you can ask for the "South Tyrol connection ticket" at a special price when you buy your ticket.

TIP: Use the South Tyrol Transfer. If you are travelling to South Tyrol by train or bus, you can reserve the "Südtirol Transfer" shuttle service in advance for the last few kilometres to your accommodation.

By bus

Flixbus runs several times a day from Munich and Innsbruck. The South Tyrol bus runs from Munich, Innsbruck, Verona, Bergamo and Milan Malpensa airports to Bolzano. From there, take bus 156, which runs from the bus station via the train station directly to Jenesien.

Hotel's own shuttle service

You can also use our hotel's own shuttle service from or to the train and bus station: this is free of charge for stays of 5 nights or more. Otherwise you pay €25 per room and journey.

By aeroplane

The nearest airports are in Bolzano, Innsbruck, Verona, Bergamo, Bologna, Milan, Venice, Treviso, Munich and Salzburg. Here you can take the South Tyrol bus to continue your journey to Bolzano/Bozen or then the bus route 156, which goes directly to San Genesio/Jenesien.

Detailed information, such as bicycle transport or ticket discounts, can be found on the San Genesio website.

By car

Coming from the north, it is best to leave the A22 motorway at the Bolzano Nord exit and continue towards Ritten and Bolzano and then through the town in the direction of Sarntal/Jenesien. After you have crossed the
St. Anton bridge, turn left and after 200 metres turn right towards Jenesien.
It is now about 15 minutes to us. Coming from the south, leave the motorway at the Bolzano Sud exit and follow the well-signposted route.

ATTENTION: Many sat navs show the turn-off to Jenesien incorrectly. Therefore, please pay attention to the traffic signs.
