Natural and fresh ingredients are for us of utmost importance in our cooking, whether you are joining us for fine dining, to savor the traditional specialties, or are stopping by for a quick bite or a delicious homemade cake. All ingredients are from our own estate or from the small farms in the surrounding area. In addition, our menu follows the rhythm of the seasons.

South Tyrolean Inn: such is the coveted distinction for businesses which take seriously the use of fresh, regional products. This is based on the trust that one can smell, taste and enjoy with a clear conscience. Aside from the delicious ingredients from our garden and the fields we are also especially proud of our natural, first-class, quality meats.
Throughout the entire year, we are pleased to serve traditional dishes such as cured meats from our own livestock, including ham, typical sausage and other tasty delicacies which we prepare according to traditional recipes or new interpretations. We also make the majority of our juices, jams and chutneys ourselves.
And last, but not least, our wonderful meat comes from foals and cattle which we lovingly breed, butcher and cure ourselves. We serve our tasty meat throughout the year.
