Seasonal vegetables from local farmers, fresh herbs from our garden and, most of all, homegrown, good quality meat products of which we are particularly proud form the basis of our culinary specialities.

We will spoil you with traditional delicacies such as cured meat from our own beef, foal meat ham, a typical horsemeat sausage as well as with creative and healthy dishes made from typical Southern Tyrol products. We buy most products which we cannot produce on our own farm from small local farmers.
