We’ve select two especially delicious recipes for you, our dear guests.
Stir the egg yolks, egg and honey in a double boiler (approx. 80° C) until frothy. Allow to cool down and then gently fold in the remaining ingredients. Pour into the form and freeze at
- 18°C. Take out of the freezer in plenty of time before serving and decorate.
Prepare dough with all ingredients. Form dumplings and soak in salt water. Serve with butter!
Drain cooked spinach, chop onion and saute in butter until caramelized. Add spinach and mix well. Add parsley, beaten eggs and all other ingredients.
Cut out dumplings, put in boiling water and let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Take out dumpings and spread on preheated plate. Sprinkle with parmesan and butter.
Variation: Serve with tomato sugo instead of butter.
